The 8th Hussars Museum has a limited number of summer employment opportunities each year as funding is dependent upon grants from Young Canada Works, the Community Museums Summer Employment Program, and Canada Summer Jobs. Interested candidates should research these youth employment programs and ensure that they qualify and, if applicable, are registered with the program candidate lists.
There is no guarantee that all our applications will be approved, but if you are a potential employee and interested in working at the museum, then you should be registered with Young Canada Works. Canada Summer Jobs and the Community Museums Summer Employment currently do not have registration criteria, but please visit the Canada Summer Jobs website to review their employment guidelines.
